The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming and cozy, especially the beautiful terrace overlooking the river. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate. The staff were attentive and helpful, always ready to assist and ensure a comfortable stay for us, the older guests.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there with arranging transportation for senior people.

The friendly and welcoming family who run the guesthouse made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were outstanding, with a new and clean feel. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Vietnamese beef noodles.
The location is not as central as we would have liked, requiring a 10-15 minute walk. Grab drivers also tend to avoid the narrow side streets.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk away from the main attractions. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The service from the staff could have been better. They lacked proper training in customer service, which was evident in their interactions with guests.

I recently stayed at Grace River Villa and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I booked my room, the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my inquiries. The location of the villa is ideal, as it is just a short walk from the old city of Hoi An. The peacefulness of the surroundings allowed me to have a restful sleep every night. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, with high-quality amenities. The breakfast served at the restaurant by the swimming pool was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff at the villa went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I couldn't recommend Grace River Villa enough for a five-star experience.
Although there was nothing negative about my stay at Grace River Villa, it's worth mentioning that the surrounding area is currently under development, which meant there were some noise disturbances in the morning. Additionally, the card reader at the hotel broke down on the day I had to check out, causing a bit of inconvenience.

The rooms at this hotel are spacious and comfortable, with fantastic beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Quoc and his team, were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They went above and beyond, even making ginger tea for my sick sister and giving us a Christmas gift when we left. The hotel is also conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the town center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the attractions.
One downside we experienced was the narrow sidewalk on the busy bridge leading to the town center. It required above average concentration to navigate safely.
